The project is punctuated by three scales, revealing three opportunities for living in the station block: from individual housing to collective housing, via the intermediate scale. These variations in volume and density blend seamlessly into the neighborhood's suburban fabric.
The plot is divided into two parts: buildings A and B on streets facing the station, and terraced houses at the back of the plot. Building A, with its R+4 floor plan, is the flagship building facing the station, giving the site a new identity. Building B, composed of alternating small volumes, is on the scale of a single-family home. This stepped design facilitates the architectural integration of multi-family dwellings into a low-lying suburban fabric.
The cladding panels create the link between the 3 entities, while the Moucharabieh bricks act as a unifying base between the buildings to maintain the same visual harmony.
