It's a powerful building in a changing sector. A strong urban element that will be immediately identified by its white color, while remaining extremely sober thanks to the choice of terracotta. Like the head office, the two apartment buildings will feature MontBlanc Colisée nameplates on their facades. We imagined two distinct programs whose cohesion is ensured by identical materials and a subtle dialogue between the two entities.
