The residence is located in the heart of a neighborhood dominated by brick buildings, no doubt due to architectural guidelines from the 1980s. As part of the social landlord's drive to improve the building's energy label, the facades were insulated from the outside. To ensure durability and architectural continuity with neighboring buildings, the insulation was protected by terracotta cladding on 80% of the surfaces.
