A unique architectural style inspired by industrial design

The facades are designed with simplicity in mind: they use a deliberately limited architectural vocabulary so as not to blur their interpretation, while introducing strong compositional rhythms, in a play of balanced volumes marked by facade offsets. These rhythms are emphasized by contrasting claddings and materials (brick cladding, renderings in strong colors). These plates allow a certain reinterpretation of the composition of the schist walls, schist being an integral part of the landscape of the town of Trélazé in which the operation is located. Rairies Montrieux has created a made-to-measure finish for its Montbleu 6, 7 and 8 range of smooth, high-gloss glazed and frosted terracotta cladding panels. Finally, the fact that Rairies Montrieux's products are locally produced convinced us of the relevance of integrating this material into our operation.
